Took this video yesterday. It probably should be called the 44-train: 4 ES44s, 1 AC44CW, something around 440 cars at about 44 MPH. This was uploaded directly from my phone, which is why there is no intro.

Good video, but I only counted 112 cars.
something around 440 cars at about 44 MPH.
No way they would be operating a train with "440 cars"!
Why one hopper on each end?
440 cars???????? You better get a new abacus. Or new glasses. LOL 440 cars. That would be over 3 miles long. LOL LOL

Those are the "buffer cars" to separate the oil cars from the motive power. With a "buffer" at each end, motive power can be placed on either end without turning or switching the train.
Location is between the I 79 bridge, over the Ohio River, near Pittsburgh, and Sewickley, PA. Road in the picture is Rt. 65. Pictured is one of the few remaining crossing on the NS (4) main tracks leading to Conway yard. Lots and Lots of traffic on these rails. The speed is amazing. On evening trips home, several times trains have made it to the Conway east lights before me. Traffic on RT. 65 is restricted to 45 mph for most of the trip. Usually a delay through Sewickley in either direction at the Sewickley bridge that crosses the Ohio River.
Someone asked about NS and CSX together the other day. I had seen them each with BNSF separately, but not both or all three. Now I have seen all three of them together. Thanks for posting.
He probably meant axle count of "around" 440.
