Unless NS can paint another and deliver to Spencer by Monday, this is the Heritage Unit to emerge. One of the better schemes, in my opinion (and I model below the Mason-Dixon line).
I love the way they even included the "RADIO" logo on the cab.
I must say they nailed that....great job.
Stunning!

jack,
call jason, he has them at very good prices for pre-order
According to the NS Heritage page there plan was to paint 20 vintage fallen flags. It this is true the Lackawanna was the last..... Everyone is an eye catcher.....

Not just because I'm an E-L alumnus, but I think the Lackawanna and Erie units
are among the handsomest of the Heritage Units.

I'd still like to see NS do an Erie Lackawanna unit. That one would make me go railfanning for the first time in many years.
I'll be looking for this bad boy in Hoboken, Secacus, or mebby Croxton. YOW !!!!
All I am going to say is,
"THANK YOU NORFOLK-SOUTHERN"!!!!!

If this was Facebook, I would "like" everyone of the comments above.
I'd love to see this show up at the Railfest at Steamtown in Scranton, PA in September.
Had the DL&W lived.
