Dennis - Great looking firehouse!!! Would love to see photos once you've placed it in your layout.
Wow. Neat. Crisp. Dignified. A real gem.

Great job Dennis.
Joe,
The fire truck is a 1932 Buffalo Type 50 pumper.
Very nice,it's going to look great on the layout.
That is an excellent build! Very realistic! And very good photography as well'.. A testament to the 1:48 Scale community'..
Excellent! Very Nice!
Later on a nice addition would be a fire hose drying tower. The era of that house and truck would fit right in with canvas hose technology and hose towers. Very nice job on the house.
Yes, l have one with hose drying tower, which can be a separate structure, as the one in Georgetown, Colorado, that l modeled mine after. Your firehouse would fit right into a mountain mining town.
Very nice Dennis. Will you be painting the doors red? It was very common.
The firehouse looks great, Dennis!!!
Thanks for all the replies and comments. My layout theme will be mining and logging from the early 20th century, I will post the progress of the layout when we get started in the fall.
