Received my T-3 from 3rd rail and will give a short review. I am not a rivet counter but I will say it looks good. I programmed it into my Legacy and placed it in the R100 mode. It creeps on speed step one and its not even broke in. The sounds are much improved. I don't think to many will be disappointed, this is my first 3rd Rail engine and I know there will be more.
