I recently retired working on school busses for 50 years. Naturally I wanted one for my layout. I found a decent looking one at a train show. Built in Russia with Russian markings. It looks the part. I removed the lettering and added some paint. There was no such thing as standard school bus yellow back in the day. I lettered using a label maker. I spent more on the label tape than the bus. I added some Arttista figures. These busses use to pop up on the auction site. I believe I purchased it from Narrow Gauge Models. He’s based in MA. and pretty sure he had a web site.

I bought one of those Rossian Model A Ford buses, too .  May try to power it on flanges.    Alan Rail:. There are two similar/same? 1939-40 Chevy/GMC buses, with red hoods and wood colored bodies in your group.  There is a circa 1940 International with a rusty hood fourth across in top row, and a circa 1940 Ford on the larger chassis at #5 on the fourth row.  There are a lot of 1941-46 Chevrolets pictured.  The very last one looks like a 1940 Dodge.
