O scale doors and windows made out of wood?

I was curious if there is any supplier out there who sells o scale doors and windows that are real wood. Obviously grandt line makes a ton, but those are all plastic molded.

Also, same question about o scale light fixtures. For houses and such. I was thinking about detailing my building interiors and it might be nice to have actual working lamps and light fixtures, like you'd use in a house. I'm familiar with the goosenecked outside lights, I'm thinking more like living room lamps or hanging lights, that sort of thing.

Check out 1/4" scale dollhouse suppliers for lights (be prepared, NOT cheap) and wooden doors.

The "Laser-Cut" models mostly have windows and doors built out of wood. You build them up from pre-cut parts. You might look into some of those kit suppliers. Some may sell detail parts separately.

If does absolutely has to be wood, just look like wood, look in Grandt Line or Tichy detail castings. I have used a lot of Grandt Line windows and doors over the years. they have an extensive line of window and door castings in plastic.

There are specialty doors and window for the 304 Roundhouse on the Korber Website.

Wood windows can also be a sticky-back assembly project. This detail is from BTS. The two pieces marked sash are sticky-back. Each window is an 8 to 9 piece assembly depending on window trim application. Windows are custom fit, just like replacement windows, to each opening in the wall panels.
