Odd reefer door placement.

I did more googling and found references to the history of Seattle Car Mfg Co. Among the interesting expansion and acquisition info was a photo of a tank car forYosemite Lumber Co. with the dome located at the uphill end to reduce spillage on severe grades. If I was modeling 19th century it would be neat to build one.

BTW, CWB, I did not try to copy the Seattle photos. Not sure about who to credit for them. but they are really spot on for position of the door that is photgraphed.  I suspect there was a door on the other side but at which end?

This bizarre.  It appears there are two threads of mine that are different.  Hmmmm?  CWF, I scrolled down the right recent posts and my first photo showed up?

Edit: I found the problem. My fingers are too big and whenIwas editing apparently the thread also ended up on the structures forum. Sorry for the confusion.
