Equipment needs a good, hard whack on top to un-stick it and get it going again. 
Still going on. Weird, it used to be nice to listen to Hagerstown and I think Baltimore dispatch too on that site.
Some locomotives are equipped with a radio download for event recorder information. Typically, it's data only and no voice at all. I wonder if this is part of some kind of locomotive health download? There are a lot of communications coming out of locomotives these days, and some may not be full event recorder downloads. The low number must indicate something -- a slug perhaps?
Following up, the feed is working. Apparently it was down for the dispatch move to FL. Now all the announcements say CSX DS Jacksonville
