I have never known him to have a GF. About a year ago his email was hacked and it sent a picture of a stripper doing a pole dance. It also was asking for donations to help him get his printer fixed and was signed by the GF.

Again file a complaint with your state Attorney General and the post office, for mail fraud..

I have dealt with this guy only once....never again!  He comes off as being quite arrogant, you have to wait until HE wants to print your decals, not the other way around!!!!   I agree...a very p*ss poor way to conduct business.   He does have some unusual decals to pick from, but my opinion, the quality is'nt all that great.   Certainly not worth what some of you guys are being put through with his stonewalling.....

I'm not too horribly computer saavy, but there certainly should be some other means of printing decals other than with an Alps printer.....   With all the new technology, somebodys printer should be able to do this, and perhaps ever better in quality.   As for Oddballs being out of business, I'm surprised it had'nt happened sooner, just my opinion.

To my knowledge the alps printers were the only ones made that could
print in white, this was the deciding factor about them. But if one did not know how to use them, the color matches from order to order varied greatly.

I have some blue decals that were done 6 months apart and the color is way off
from one batch to the other. But if you had an attitude and did not care, this could be were the issue lies as well.

Out of business, long time in the making 3-5 years. Just a spiral down hill.

Sounds like this source is a dead dinosaur...but cannot be the only one for computer

custom printing of decals, with today's technology.  I am still using sheets I had printed

ten years? ago by a guy in Cincinnati who used my plagiarized product aspen leaf to

make that logo and accompanying freelance roadname in a couple of sizes and colors.  I have NOT seen his ad in years, though. so I am interested in a viable source, for when I run out of those, and for other shorter runs, like for structures. There is that outfit in California, Auburn?, that has/had a variety of oddball roadname decals that I have used...Denver & Salt Lake, etc. Their ads were in the model magazines.
