OGR buildings: cutting & gluing?

what do you find to be the best way to cut OGR modular walls to kitbash them? and what glues do you find most effective on OGR pieces? thanks for any suggestions.

Use a variety of fine tooth razor blade saw such as Atlas Snap Saw #400, Excel with #30490 saw blade or x-acto x235 [40 teeth per inch] blade or x236 [52 teeth per inch v-tooth] blade. Have also tried plastic cutters but found razor saw blades easier with better results.
