If the Lionel OO is two rail you can run them on On3
Some On3 runs on HO track. The stuff that runs on HO track may not be true On3.
If it fits HO track, that would make it On30, no?
The narrow gauge made by Bachman and others that run on HO track is On30 for 30 " gauge. OO is 1/72 scale. There is some On3 (3 foot gauge) flex track running arouns but switches and crossovers would be a challenge with Old Pullman not in production anymore.
One has to be carefull with "OO".
American "OO" is not the same as English "OO".
English "OO" track has the same gauge as American "HO" track.
