Has Lionel come out with a command control operating milk car? If not, does anyone know if there any plans?
I have seen aftermarket kits to modify older cars to operate with TMCC or DCS, but was interested if there were any plans for something new before I went down that path.

I don't know of any "off the shelf" OEM models, but the ERR kit is pretty easy to install and does the trick. I have an ERR equipped one, tosses milk cans wherever you want them. 
Closest you might get to "off the shelf" is the K-Line command control milk car. But then you'll need their remote. I have this one, with the offset reefer doors and fancy platform. I haven't gotten around to hooking it up, but hear they operate with a slow, smooth delivery.
I'm keen on the original. With the voltage tweaked just right, they work pretty reliably.

The other remote control that works with K-Line operating cars is the Bachmann/Williams remote control, but the K-Line remote won't work with Bachmann/Williams oprating cars.
