Operating reefer works by itself?

I just picked up an mth operating reefer that starts operating every time it rides over my atlas O Accessory rails, without the rails ever being energized. I have a second operating car that doesn't do that so I don't think it's the accessory rails or the control button. What do you think?

Thanks for your reply. I do have the Hot wire connected through the control button and to the Hot terminal of my transformer. It works by itself anyway. Does it matter which accessory rail is connected to hot?
