I would probably end up buying more rolling stock I don't have room for.  Personally from your list I would go with the scenery supplies or the second remote.

tough question to answer withoiut knowing the extent of your layout and the degree of completion of your layout  its ewveryone balancing act.

Don't buy a track cleaning car unless you discover you really need it, nothing works better than your hand for cleaning track.

I'd go with the PS-2 upgrade. You will be amazed.

How many times do you run trains with someone else around?

Unless you are a loner... go with the 2nd remote.  The larger transformer suggested is a good idea too.

Your hobby shop can tell you what to buy if you're not sure.

From your list I would go with the upgrade or the second remote.

I would go with the PS2 upgrade. 

I would go with # 2 and # 4 also.  spend the $$ on things you can use on the layout.

I have a 13x 25 U shaped layout with half of it nearing completion and the other half of it pretty much empty. (I'll probably post pics on the forums when my layout isn't so messy ) I also have 2 Z4K transformers and the MTH digital command system installed. I think I'm still leaning toward buying a PS2 upgrade for my steamer due to the fact that the more scenery I add to the layout, the harder it will be for me to move the layout when the family moves. Maybe I'll buy a building for my little town if I can as well. Thanks for all of your advice!! Any more input will, as always, be appreciated greatly!

Wow, this is a tough choice. All of your wonts are great things to do, but the up grade will be alot of fun. 

I don't really know, I cant decide on what route to take to work everyday.

What ever you do just have fun doing it!

I wouldn't waste the money on a track cleaning car.  You can build your own, cheap.
