Yes, and no, to be technically correct.  The Reader RR equipment was used in the movie, but not this engine.  2-6-2 #4, which ironically operated over the same railroad between 2000-2003, was in the movie.

 

Looks like the steam engine is still in Arkansas at the Reader Shops for inspection at the moment, but should be returning to Florida soon.
