...My LRRC Liquified gas car had trucks that were falling apart. I called the LRRC Toll Free # which is Concord NC. The agent quickly set up a replacement and emailed a postpaid label. I returned my car and the replacement was sent overnight via UPS...at no cost. I had a perfect car within 2 days from reporting the defect. This is the way it always should have been. A+++
