I know that I should have paid attention when somebody spoke about this stuff, but I didn't - and of course according to Murphy's Law, now I would like to try some. 
It's some kind of stretchy string or the like, used to represent overhead cables in street scenes.
Sorry, that's the best description I can manage. Does somebody know the product and the supplier,please?
