Too bad a model of that station hasn't been made. It's very "railroady."
Does the land/property that the depot is sitting on go with the sale of the building?
You get the .47 acres . Access to city utilities in a residential neighborhood.
The tracks are still in use.

I like the idea myself. I only need a small patch of lawn to park my bike and pitch my tent.

That is, has been, a periodic motorcycle gathering place, but l was only through Sturgis once, (missed the station.. what railroad was it originally?) Also missed the MC gathering. Surprised you don't have to move station. It didn't look like much else happens there, but l might have missed that, too
