Paint/litho matching

I have a Unique Lines Rock Island A-A. To the best of my knowledge they never made any cars to go with this.

I am thinking of painting a set of some kind of passenger cars to match it.

Has anyone ever tried to match the colors on this?

I took one unit to an auto paint shop and they were able to come close on the Maroon, no luck on any other of the colors.

Tough to match litho colors because they are ink not paint.
