Painting the RailKing #30-7930 SP Rotary Snow Plow

The RailKing Rotary Snow Plow includes a motorized rotary blade, headlight and interior lighting. Since I would like to paint the blades similar to the attachment I need to find a way to disassemble the blades from the car. I have not found a solution . Help?.
