"Be advised that again this year, there will be an "all-day" parade of vintage subway and elevated trains in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. The event will take place rain or shine on Saturday, June 16th and on Sunday, June 17th 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. There is no extra charge to ride all day on all the equipment types other than a single subway fare to enter the system. It's quite a bargain, considering the prices of fan trips these days. It will be possible to ride on many types of historic trains, including wooden Brooklyn Union Elevated cars with open gates, dating back to 1903 !! Bring your cameras."
