Fellow forum members that are also Paradise & Pacific members, will any of you be there on the afternoon of the 30th? My wife is having her baby shower at that time, so the two boys and I will get kicked out. Since I'm still trying to figure out what to do with an 11 year old and 2 year old, I thought about going to The Park. And if we do go, I was wondering if any of you would be there so we can take a closer look at the layout (And maybe even do some operating.). Thanks.

We did, and enjoyed ourselves. When we went to the model train building, there was no one in any of the club areas. The layouts were all on auto. I think there might of been a park staff person there, but they were either out of sight when I tried looking for them or talking to people on the other side of the building when I did see them. My two year old wasn't much for letting me track them down, so I just followed him around for 30+ min while he dashed here to there looking at all the trains and pointing things out and activating things.
Sorry no one was around when you were in the building. I was at the Gadsen-Pacific Toy Train show in Tucson that day.When ever you are coming by again let me know and that goes for any other forum member that is in the area.

No problem. The boys still had loads of fun. Like I said, there was so much to see I was chasing my 2 year old the whole time I was in the club building.
