Here's mine...

This is a mixture of black aquarium sand and glue.  You can see parts of the road are still black.  I wanted a worn out look for the parking lot so I put some small street gravel in a blender and made it into a powder.  Then brushed it on with an old paint brush and vacuumed the debris off.  Then airbrushed the lines arrows and words. This was the result.

Just to show some comparison... Here was an earlier parking lot.  It's just painted Masonite and auto detail tape.

I model an area/era where there were no fixed parking lots with lines and such.

But if I did, I'd for sure model an area where a vehicle can pull into/out of said parking lots! Take a good look at some of the lots shown above, some of them would trap a vehicle in the spaces until someone else left their parking space. No sane person would design a parking lot like that.

Take a model car and 'drive' it into and out of the area, would it fit? Could a crummy driver get in and out of there? Tight parking lots do exist, but some folks model them to a degree where you'd have place and remove cars into and out of the spaces with a crane.

I made my roads and parking lots from asphalt roofing shingles turned upside-down.  I spackled the joints then airbrushed the entire surface with aged concrete paint.  I attempted to mask the center lines and parking lines and paint with the airbrush.  That didn't work out so well.  I used a Sharpie to add tar sealer lines.  Chalk was used to add tire marks.  An India ink and alcohol mixture was used to depict oil staining.
