DSC01650DSC01649DSC01650 [1)I am looking for the complete right side whistle/reverse switch, ZW66 and the resistance wire ZW167,  I have looked on the Bay and Amazone and nothing, surley someone out there has these for sale.  Any ideas??????   I got the new diode mounted and when I operate the whistle It does give you a toot and that is about it, sounds like a bad switch.

On another subject, I try testing the light outputs on a LCRU from a GP9, NYC,  I use a analog and digital meter and get zero reading.  even tried reversing probes and still ZERO, lights do come on, trying to figure if out put is AC or  DC...

Thanks,

Marty

You can try cleaning the whistle switch.
With the transformer unplugged:

Slightly dampen a strip of index or business card with either contact cleaner or mineral spirits.
Work the card between the contacts. You may need to work the whistle switch back and forth to get the card to slide in.
Carefully slide the card out.
Repeat with a clean, dry card.
