Passenger Car Modification

Good morning Members: I was reading OGR Issue Oct - Nov 2010, Run 245 and it got me to wondering; Is there any detailed plastic interiors that can be used to modify the old "Lionel Lines" extruded aluminum cars any where can I purchase them. I'm also thinking of adding passengers and LED lighting to the cars in the future. Thanks once again for your feedback. MARSHELANGELO
