Here's a good "Fleet of Modernism" set to go with the T-1. Click on the links and click on the "Find It" button to locate a set.
Product Number: 20-65184 5 Car Set
Product Number: 20-69184 Baggage / Coach
Product Number: 20-66184 Sleeper / Diner
Product Number: 20-68184 RPO Car
Product Number: 20-67184 Full Length Vista Dome
Or you can look through this search on the MTH website and see other Premier PRR passenger sets you may like.
Hope this helps.
Thank you Brian.
What I was looking for are cars
that have the matching stripes
that match the bottom of the tender
do you know of any? Thanks Mike.
Mike,
No Vista Domes. PRR never had them.
Add the R50B Express Reefer to your consist.

Thank you for the picture of the reefer, I own two
of these and I run them with my other passenger
cars and love them, what I think I need is a set of
rib sided cars I know mth made them I have seen
them somewhere i need the number of those cars, I
have looked and looked and cain't find them can you
help me with this? Thank you Mike?
Splash,
When the prototype T1s came out (MTH's version), they pulled passenger cars in the FOM (Fleet of Modernization) paint scheme. The cars Brian and Jan have listed will work for this engine.
If you want the ribbed versions, they are:
20-65119/5 car set
20-66119/Sleeper-Diner
20-68119/RPO
20-69119/Baggage-Coach
As Jan stated; no domes.
Ron.
Thank you for those numbers I will be trying
to find them now that I know that they exist!
Thank you Mike.
I have the MTH semi-scale version of this set. The cars are about 15", and about half the price of the longer 19" ones.
Look in the MTH new 2015 V1 catalog. They are all there and on their web site

Thanks Joe.
I already have the 16 inch semi passenger coaches that I use
with my atlantic! the 69 hundred series and they look great behind
a small locomotive thank you for all the information. Mike
Larry.
I found a full set of 65119&66119&68119 That ron from above
give me a few hours ago, thank you for your help, if I don't buy
from where I found them I will get back with you. Mike.
Thank you trainroomgary for the Likes.
Mike.
I run a number of different types passenger cars behind mt T1.....just like the PRR. Anything from heavyweights to streamline cars....or a mix......also exprss cars....I watch videos or real trains....and try to copy.
Splash, a caveat for what it is worth. I have at least not yet seen a picture of a fluted/ribbed Pennsy FOM car(s). All pictures I have seen so far are smooth sided. I have the 20-65184 series.
Looking at the MTH website I see the cars Ron pointed you to. They are described as "ribbed" but look smooth in ads. Now this would not be the first time incorrectly described something OR in fact made fantasy products.
Maybe some one can shed more light on this.
Ron
Dave.
I agree with you in mixing cars,( I think it looks great) and yes
the prr did not care what they ran they just wanted to get it
there. The films I have seen in the past they did not even wash
anything unless it was around Washington DC don't you agree?
Mike.
Ron.
I was in Buford Georgia at a friends train shop.
He had a add on set of these rib sided cars but
at that time! I was not interested in buying them
because I did not have this 4-4-4-4 but I do own
the s1 and the q2 and one is freight and the other
is passenger, either I looked at them wrong or i
agree with you advertising does have it's up's and
downs and mth is not always right. Mike.

The smooth sided FOM cars are also a perfect match up with the S1.

Ron.
I agree with that also!
Thank you Mike.
Thank's too everyone who helped me
to decide on what I going to buy for
these big locomotives. Mike.
