Kudos to Patricks Trains. I recently ordered from them a set of passenger cars, two of which had some problems. After discussion with Pat he immediately provided suitable replacements. In today's world you don't always this kind of customer service.

I had the same positive experience with them also with a new engine I had purchased. Excellent customer service! Nice people.
Good source. Interesting place to visit - still remember when I asked about an item, and he said he had one under the layout. I thought we were going to have to send a search party to get him out from under there.

Reviews of Pat’s Trains always make me smile. I haven’t been there for a few years, but when I used to travel to the Midwest regularly I would schedule my trip around the time his store opened! A great guy and always amazing service.
A great place to visit. Esp. if your MTH. He has stock galore. I'm surprised he can remember what's there.
