Great photos. Thanks for sharing. The Spencer shops certainly have a marvelous collection of F and E units. They all appear to be in wonderful shape. This is very impressive.
I didn't recognize the Sandy Creek in her new colors. The drum head is a very nice touch. I still think that the NYC 20th Century colors look best.
The 611 looks like once they connect the drive rods she will be ready to roll. I am looking forward to seeing her in steam again.

Looked like a "covered wagon" convention. Very impressive. How many of them are running under their own power? I recognized UP949 which I've saw out with the business train several years ago. Also, did NW 611 have its rods cut or unbolted? Couldn't tell from the photo.

No they were not cut. They were removed prior to being pulled to Spencer. Work already has begun on her to.
