Pittsbrugh Home & Garden Show

Great !!  Pretty neat.

PRR Joe, Being a Pittsburgh hometown boy, and judging from how nice your OZ display is, I sure would love to see every photo you could manage to take of the whole experience you guys are presenting for folks to see.

Loaded the Fort Pitt modular display today.  Set-up is Tuesday next week.

I will be there the ten days with Pittsburgh Central Vac. My youngest son owns this company and is determined to make me a vacuum salesman !!!!!

The lobby on the second floor will be a nice place to spend a break in the day watching the trains running on the layout along with watching the full size NS engines outside crossing the Allegheny river right outside the convention center large windows.

Great views of the NS and go across to the Heinz History Center to the second floor lobby and get more good shots of NS action.

I will be there every day except Tuesday and Thursday.  This is a great way to promote our hobby.  Several hundred thousand plus, adults and children, come and visit us in the 10 days we are at the show.  We are working on an interactive display and will have a circus display.  We also have an area were kids can build there own display with GEO Trax.  Its amazing how creative they are.   I will post additional photos when the show begins.

Have  a Great Show.  I know all the hard work that it takes to set it up.  Take lots of Pictures. The Wizard of OZ layout is Super. 

Good evening, in the pre show attendee meeting we were told the estimated amount of people that attend this show is between 350 to 400 thousand.

How they came up with that attendance number I am not sure.

This is the largest Home Show in the US.

There is a Home Show in Canada which is slightly larger at the moment.
