Here are shots of the dummy and a powered unit from the latest run.  Much lighter shades of paint for both colors and the new ones have a much more accurate font size for the lettering with the horns placed in the prototypical location as opposed to the earlier JC Penney special one that was posted above.20191215_17282420200125_164608

Do you know of any O Scale decals for the A&M?  I'm thinking of doing the same to another C-420, but I don't want to start--or even buy the engine--till I can be sure of decals.

Not off the top of my head.  I know a chap in Tulsa who does custom painting;  I think he prints his own decals, though.

Thanks.  Do you think he'd be willing to sell just a set of decals?  I can do the painting.  I could probably even do the roadname from a generic lettering set (though a single decal would be nice), but the nose herald scares me.
