Would really like to see the power or dummy to see if they did it correctly. Thank you for posting pics on request in the past , I know many besides me find it helpful.

This is slated to be repainted as Arkansas and Missouri #50 at some point, just as the prototype was...

Here are shots of the dummy and a powered unit from the latest run. Much lighter shades of paint for both colors and the new ones have a much more accurate font size for the lettering with the horns placed in the prototypical location as opposed to the earlier JC Penney special one that was posted above.

Mitch,
Do you know of any O Scale decals for the A&M? I'm thinking of doing the same to another C-420, but I don't want to start--or even buy the engine--till I can be sure of decals.
Sal Ross: please excuse the thread drift.
Glad to see the white "bow wave" behind the cab as in the prototype. Earlier version had the blue going straight down behind the cab.

Not off the top of my head. I know a chap in Tulsa who does custom painting; I think he prints his own decals, though.

Thanks. Do you think he'd be willing to sell just a set of decals? I can do the painting. I could probably even do the roadname from a generic lettering set (though a single decal would be nice), but the nose herald scares me.
Greetings! I just ran across this topic and wanted to add:

as a source for L&HR diesel decals. Years ago I had Highball Graphics do their HO decals in O scale so enjoy!
