currently working on the modifications to the standard Polar Express set.. Here are the pics so far

Drilled Out the Jewel

Running the wires for the lighted drumhead

Tighten the wires and secured with hot glue

Painted the drilled out hole

Installed the LED

now just waiting on the quick disconnect to connect to the LED to the wire harness
