Removal is required before painting, I know, but has anyone left it on the side that is being glued to a plywood tabletop with Elmer's? I could save a few minutes leaving it on, and man I'm lazy.
I used Liquid Nails for Projects to adhere blue Styrofoam to 3/4" Birch plywood last year when I started building my layout. I did this before realizing you were supposed to remove the plastioc coating. It worked fine. With Elmers, I would imagine that drying time will be prolonged.
