Downtown Deco DD38 Rocky Flats Station was on my hit list for quite some time. I was very lucky to find one... and very lucky to have been able to build it. The roof is solid plaster and weighs about 2 lbs!

Looks beautiful! Seems like the medium would be good for a cut stone church building too.
This kit has shown up offered on the net, more than once over time. I just never could justify it for my modeled region. In New England, perhaps at a lake hotel on the two-footers, or as the station stop at a resort hotel such as those that once existed in the Rockies, this looks like a natural. Hard to resist...good job.

This station, mainly because of the turret, is called the Queen Ann style.

No date on the box. But I know I have been looking for it for quite some time. My guess is around 2000?
