I was out railfanning today, and noticed an odd NS engine in the distance coming towards me. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was the NS Lehigh Valley engine! Another railfan showed up, and pointed out a blue engine in the yard- the NS N&W unit! I was hoping for a two-fer, but despite a couple of false starts, the N&W unit never came out while there was still light. The other railfan, a fellow named Bill, said the Pennsy unit is coming to town (Baltimore) over the weekend. So I thought I'd post a thread for other railfans to post their own personal pics of NS Heritage Units.
