I am looking for ideas for push button, on/off control for a Postwar Gateman, Hi way flasher and 262 Crossing gate. What options are there to utilize postwar control buttons vs a newer style button and/or slide switch?
You can use push buttons or use insulated sections of track. To keep things simple I'd go with the push buttons.
Another way for you to get many other ideas would be to purchase an affordable book on easy layout wiring. I suggest any book written by, Dr. Peter Riddle. Most of these are found under, Greenberg Publications.
