Picked up a 6250 Seaboard Switcher this week in remarkably good condition. One of those that screams Lionel Postwar to me.
Here's a short video with the 6250 leading a work train.

Very nice, how about a wider shot of your layout. Then we can see the overall size and shape, of it. It looks like a typical Postwar style operation. My favorite kind of layout.

At least it's NOT suffering from Vertical Video Syndrome!
I have my grandfather's 6250 Seaboard NW-2. Still a great runner and one of my favorites.
That is one clean switcher!
One of their nicer efforts. I always wanted one. Nice layout!

Here you go. The layout is my version of the Lionel Dealer Display, D-105, a 5x9 with two levels. Pretty faithful to the original but with a few changes.
Nice Switcher and even nicer layout. Everything is neat, clean and well done. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the pics, I like that layout a lot.
It's the 1950's again, boy do I feel like a child again. Fantastic time machine your layout is. Thanks for the film.

Nice layout. It's everything we strived to avoid 30 years ago but have come to appreciate again now. What goes around comes around and those trains are goin' around! Well done.

Thanks all for the comments.
Yes, my goal in building this version of a Lionel Dealer Display Layout was to capture that distinctive "look." And also to incorporate all the operating accessories and signals which to me are PW at its finest.
