I have a 1061 from 1964 with the slope-back tender with a 6502 blue flatcar, 6042 gondola & a yellow 6167 caboose with no numbers or lettering. Lionel made some cars & cabooses like this back then to cut costs.
The 1061 runs like a champ after 50 years & is still in nice condition. Take care.

Your 1060 is an excellent buy for 10 dollars. You should be able to get many more years of running time out of it. I like the slope-back tender too. It is also unlettered. Have fun.
