I was looking at one of these for an extra/backup/workbench power supply en the auction site. The guy sent me an offer of $20 + $5 shipping. I figured what the heck. Fine print, no power supply.

The manual from MRC says 120 VAC input, but is that to the power supply or to the unit itself? I'm going to contact MRC support to see if the have one or what the input is for the actual control unit itself. The pictures I have found show a pretty big brick with a wall plug and then a smaller cord going to the control unit.

Thanks,

Frank

Yeah I get that. I can see the little port. Just wondering where I could find one ig MRC doesn't have them. I searched on auction site, Amazon and a general web search, but 120 VAC power supply or adapter must be to general a search term.

I guess the transformer is just a step down transformer. The specs say it puts out up to 24 VAC. Maybe that is what I should be looking for, a 120 VAC to 24 VAC stepdown transformer. And the wattage (64) needs to be close.

Ah well let's hope MRC has one.
