I use TMCC with a postwar AF transformer on my Lionel AF engines. I would like to upgrade to something newer and safer in terms of circuit protection. The Lionel catalog is pretty vague about what is needed for S gauge operation. What do you use?

Well, I'm using my trusty MTH Z4000.
Rusty
Z-4000. Besides two variable (track) outputs with 180 watts each, it also has 10 & 14 volt fixed accessory outputs.
I like my Lionel 180 watt bricks-they have lightning fast circuit breakers and take up little real estate.

But will that mate with S gauge and if so what is the part number?
