don't know this system, but air brushing with an air can: I had one, a cheap Revell, but air cans are a bit tricky. They have a tendency to 'slow down' when you're spraying larger objects.
They cool down or even get frosty. So you have to wait till the temperature is ok again, or to warm them up a little. And they don't last that long either, and refills were not that cheap. Regulation of the pressure was not that accurate too. I don't want to say they are rubbish, but at the end I had the feeling you need more practise and training to get good results than with a more expensive brush.
I decided to buy a better quality with a compressor. But, if you're only want to restore one or two items, a compressor/airbrush might be to much of an investment.
This is just my personal experience, other people might have a different opinion on the matter.
