Two weeks ago, my Legacy 990 Remote Started to act up. The CTC Button quit working properly. I contacted Lionel and they gave me an RA Number to send it in. Shipped it via USPS. THey acknowledged receipt of the unit the following Monday (shipped on Thursday). Fixed the Unit and shipped it back. Received it on Tuesday of this week. This is a total of 13 days back to back.
Excellent service and quick turnaround.

That is how you take care of your customers. Had this not happened, would have seriously thought of bailing out of the hobby.
