I seem to have misplaced the box for this engine. Of course the instructions are in it. Anyone know off the top of their head where the run/pgm switch is? I found a sound switch and volume control pot under the center of the tender, but that was it. My bigger problem I think it's programmed to channel 85 which is what I want. I can get the whistle and bell, but it won't move. I hear the smoke fan running but I think it's out of fluid. I've seen it smoke in the past.

I believe its under the cab on one side or the other
Thanks Matt, I'll look there. Any idea why it won't move?
https://www.lionelsupport.com/...ents/72-8064-250.pdf I just got this yesterday because I could not find my box where the manual is. Nick
Thanks Nick and John, that should do it. It'll probably be Saturday before I get back to it now. I just tore apart the electrical box that supplies power to the layout. Breaker keeps popping. Gotta run to Menards for a heavy duty light switch and a new breaker. I'm tired of running to the panel every third time I power up the layout. Gets old.
My ulterior motive here is to get this thing running so I can unpack my excursion set and theater car.
OK Good luck. Nick
OK guys, I got it reprogrammed. The sounds in the tender are all good, but I still haven't seen the wheels turn. Is there something in the wireless connection?
When you re programed it did the whistle sound? Then move switch back to run position it should move. Other than that must be something wrong. Is brake off on Legacy Cab 2? Good luck Nick
Nope Nick, the whistle sounded, then I set it back to run. I don't run Legacy. Nothing happened when I turned the throttle on the Cab-1. It just sits there. It should have moved.
Are you able to run it conventionally to see if it will move?
Worth a try. I'll have to setup a transformer and test track, because the layout is TMCC only. I might go back downstairs tonight, tomorrow for sure.
