I am amazed at how little I can accomplish in a year!

Let's see now: I've been doing a bit of foam construction, running trains, installing LED lighting, running trains, doing a bit of foam construction, etc., etc.!

Foam is sort of fun, love using the hot wire tools.

Great to see another NY&LB fan!  I am working on mine in 2 rail, but I mainly just have the PRR side covered in equipment.  The CNJ is a little more difficult for me as MTH canceled the 3-2 H24-66 and I still haven't found a CNJ coach that is acceptable to me.  All in good time though!

I'd like to see your track plan too.  I am trying to figure out what exactly I want to model.  I am thinking at a minimum South Amboy to Long Branch, but fitting that in 25x15 is proving a challenge.

Here is just a vignette of a start of what I am planning:

Hi Adam & Jonathan,

The upgrade (Atlas bridge) is 2.5% with O-81 & O-90 curves, the downgrade (curved bridge) is 5%. The K-4 handles 7 60' MTH passenger cars with no problem on the upgrade. The Camel handles 5 70' MTH cars and will slip a little at speeds around 15mph. I have an 18 car freight (MTH premier cars) that I use the double headed GP-9/GP-7 for. The GP-9, on a good day, will pull the 18 cars by itself, but getting both motors to pull together is a pain, and doubleheading is more fun anyway!

Here's my track plan:

And here's the Atlas RTS-10 file, I think:

I don't know whether you have come across this before, but there is a fellow doing an HO model of the entire NY&LB! An amazing piece of work.

Merry Christmas!
