Hi to all! Just bought the above from a local dealer and after running for only a few minutes a loud clicking sound develops. I did find that previous owner had “over greased” the gears and have removed most of the excess, but clicking persists. Thoughts? Thx as always!

posting a video would help. Most likely a piece of something between the gear teeth.
I just looked at the instructions on line. They used the word, 'sparingly' several times with 'oil' and 'grease'. If you cannot see the problem from the bottom you probably will need to remove the shell and run it. Might need to pull the pulmor motor but I would do that last. You cannot turn the wheels to make the motor spin because of the gearing.
Otherwise, return it and let the dealer fix it.
Thx to all. It’s in the hands of the seller. But you’re right. The previous owner obviously over greased the unit. I tried to take a bunch of that out but maybe not enough. I love this forum. You guys are the BEST
