There's one component on the bottom side of the power board with an "LOB" case marking. It's approximately between the LM358 and LM385 chips. It's a 3 leg part. I was getting somewhat comfortable with identifying parts with letter designation markings, until I became stumped with this one. In a static test, this part is shorted. One of my 3 boards has readings, so I'm fairly sure 2 are shorted? Could someone please help me with this parts' identification? Thank you!!! Joe

If you read the 3 legs with a multi meter on ohms, I'll bet you get a short between 2 of the 3 legs it's an FET field effect transistor!

Thanks Alan! Yes, that's correct. In an internet search for MOSFET's with case markings of LOB, it returned MGSF1N03L. Any votes for or against this??? Thanks, Joe
