It appears their is just enough room to get your airbrush tip into the vestibule windows and lightly spray the inners to at least get the parts painted that one would see through the windows. the glazing will probably have to be done the way I have to do on my cab forward windows. Glue pre-applied around the windows inside, I'm going to use contact cement, and then the window panes inserted through the holes on a stick with modeling clay to hold the plastic and pulled to you. contact on the edges of the plastic. My other means is unsoldering the cab roof to gain access. Bummer.

If you unsolder, consider re- forming the roof end contour.  Early PSC used the Trager drawings - I have yet to see a photo with that contour on the real thing.  Later PSC production fixed it.

These things were an advance in O Scale when they came out.  I had two - the roof drove me nuts, so I sold them.  I have one observation with the better roof ends - a really nice model, but eclipsed in price and appearance by later Sunset products.

Opinion.

The PSC Harrimans are still the most accurate Harriman heavyweights in O Scale.  I keep mine hidden, so folks can avoid drooling and instead admire the stuff I make.
