For this to work, a lot of equipment need to talk to each other using two way radio equipment. A guess most of it will be in the 220 MHz radio band? Will the signals be in FM, NFM, packet, CW, RTTY, or some othet mode? Is there a really good source to read on this, eithet on paper or digially?
