Hi guy's. I have an older K-Line PA-1 diesel set with TMCC and Railsounds "4" I believe. Can a ERR cruse board be added to it without taking another mortgage out to do it! Is it worth doing at all? I can live with the older TMCC and sound but cruse would be nice.

Although I can't say 100% sure i think that since it's already a TMCC loco the modular upgrade board would work. The ERR board would simply replace the existing DCDR motor driver. Fairly easy install and not too expensive.
Call or email ERR and they can give you exact info.
You can add the ERR Cruise Commander M, they go for around $80-85. Boxcar Bill on the forum is an ERR dealer and has discounted prices. No problem at all, it's a very easy install.
Hey John. I'm not very familiar with ERR"s products. Cruse commander M
That's the Cruise Commander for modular TMCC electronics. It directly replaces the DCDR motor driver board. Plug it in, add one wire to pin 24 of the R2LC, and you have cruise control.
This is from the ERR product page.
