The DH to Cleveland on Aug 21,can you approximate when you'll be going through the Columbiana Ohio area?

Has the route from Conway to Bellevue been confirmed, as well as departure time? Various web postings have departure at 8am from Conway with a split of routings via Cleveland or Canton. If going via Cleveland, the route shown in Cleveland on the Fort Wayne tracker is a time warp. The track connections to get from the ex-PRR to ex-Erie do exist, however the ex-Erie trackage to the ex-NKP has sadly not existed for decades. This confused Clevelander would love to have clarification.

No idea on Columbiana - it's a deadhead move and is not run on a set schedule.

Nope, and I had a perfect spot at the park in Hudson next to the tracks to work from with my laptop.
