Apologies if this is slightly off topic. I am replacing a defunct early proto board with a functional PS 1 board from a steam tender. The replacement board has color coded connection plugs but the tether that I have from the original board is color coded slightly different. The replacement board is color coded yellow, black, red and white in descending order. The tether I have is color coded red, black ,white and blue. I don't want to make assumptions regarding color coding and endanger the replacement board. Can anyone provide me with some guidance on how to correctly make the connection, I am not sure it is the obvious red to red, black to black. Thanks for any help you can provide
